Booking Terms and Conditions

A non refundable deposit of £100.00 per week is required before any bookings are confirmed. The final holiday payment is required at least eight weeks before commencement of the holiday. If booked less than eight weeks prior to departure, full payment must be paid before confirmation is made. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. Cancellation charges will apply as shown below.

Written notification must be given by the lead-booking name if the booking is to be cancelled. Cancellation shall be determined by the date that this written notice is received as follows.

All guests are advised to take out travel insurance before leaving the UK as medical costs can be very high in the USA. The owners are not responsible for any loss, accident illness or mishap to any guests whilst visiting the property.

Information and instructions as to gaining access to the property will be sent to the address given on the booking form or by e-mail within four weeks of departure
