Your house is superb, I couldn't ask for any better. It complemented my
best ever holiday. It was so nice to come home from the parks to a
beautiful home. My kids 11 & 14 never seemed to get out of the pool when
we were home.

We had a great time in Florida, your home was everything we had hoped
for (and even better - luxurious show home comes to mind). It was great to
spend time relaxing in your home (although we spent a lot of time visiting
Mickey!)
Our two girls (3&6) really enjoyed the pool and the 'toys' that we we
borrowed from the garage were an additional bonus. thanks again and we
will strongly recommend your home to anyone that we talk to.

Hi Dave,
Thanks we had a lovely time and only wish that we hadn't booked the
second week first with someone else as we felt more at home at yours than
at the second.
We arrived rather late (gone midnight) due to flight delays to find the
place as the previous people had left it, but a quick phone call on the
emergency number had the staff turn up promptly next morning most
apologetic to sort the place out, apart from that slight hitch it was
superb and I must compliment you on a lovely home.

My wife and I had a fantastic holiday at your beautiful property and
can't wait to return in 2004.
The accommodation was first class, in fact when we walked in on the
first day it looked like the property had never been used ... it was
immaculate.
The location, 30 minutes from the airport, on Disney's doorstep and
close to some great golf courses was perfect.
We'll be back for sure!

Our family just returned from a wonderful vacation. The home was
beautiful and immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Our
chidren spent hours in the pool. There were days that they wanted to STAY
HOME. The home is just minutes from Disney and the resort is beautiful.

Thank you for your email. We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home
in Kissimmee. Everything was great. It was definitely the way to go.
Weather was great as well and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

Dave,
Just wanted to write you and let you know we were very impressed with your
villa. It was nice and close to everything and had just about anything we
could ask for in it. The house was very clean and well kept. Only a few
things that we saw a need for and they were: some baking sheets (cookie
sheets) and a phone book of the area. Other than those things I don't
think we could have found a nicer place to stay. I'm not sure I will ever
stay in a hotel on vacation again.

We had a fantastic two weeks and wish we could

Hi Dave, Thank you.
I now need a vacation to rest. It was definitely a "working"
vacation. We used the pool maybe once. We basically spent all
day at the park till 11pm every day. We enjoyed the house.

We had a wonderful stay at your villa! It was beautiful and clean! We were
so glad to have the stores so nearby to get groceries. It was very close to
the parks and made our vacation so easy! We would love to come back for the
next vacation! It was so nice to come back to such a roomy comfortable place
after the long days at the parks! We had no problems finding Emerald Island
or with the check in, they made it very nice! Thanks for everything, it was

Got home yesterday afternoon, exhausted!! Had a great time in Florida,
villa was excellent, very clean and comfortable – games room and pool were
used by kids constantly. Directions from Tampa were spot on, straight up
the I4 and then we came off on the toll road (417 or 419) and along
formosa gdns blvd to Funnie Steed rd, took about an hour. Thinking of
going back next year so might be requesting your villa again, will be in
touch once flights are available. thanks again, Kevin

we have just stayed in your villa for three weeks from Aug 2 to Aug 23.
This is our 5th visit to Florida, we have stayed at Solana, 1000 Oaks,
Pine hills and Legacy Pk, 6 and 5 beds but we liked your villa the best.
Its a great size for 1 family, competitive price and fantastic location
and resort. This year we did the balloon ride, para sailing at Daytona,
jet ski at Silver river, helicopter ride, Segways around Celebration and
loads more. It was our best holiday ever and that's why we have booked
your villa again for 3 weeks in Aug 2012. The managing agents were great,
the pool guy was great, the house spotless and the WI-FI fantastic with a
15 and 13 year old daughters into Facebook.
Its a great location with the sunny pool all day, we loved it.
